[patch] add lcdpanel support to HAL

This adds the basics to acpi.c for lcdpanel support.

I'll send other patches for the documentation and the method (which we
can argue about :-)

ChangeLog entry:

* hald/linux2/acpi.c (acpi_synthesize_item): New function, factor the 
code out from acpi_synthesize.

* hald/linux2/acpi.c (acpi_synthesize_hotplug_events, 
lcdpanel_refresh): Add detection for the module toshiba, asus,
ibm, sony and panasonic, and add the lcdpanel for these ACPI extensions.

Good to commit?
