Which is fine.

Currently we read the usb.ids and pci.ids from the distro, and, looking 
at this thread, we should probably continue to do so for a while. Some 
day maybe pnp.ids will be a thing that mainstream distro distribute and 
then we can do the same for that file. Until that happens I suggest that 
we keep the file in hald like it is today.
