Patch to hal-spec : 0/6-intro

Please could you comment on these suggested namespaces, with any additions,
spelling/grammatical errors or just plain logic/XML type errors. If you could 
improve the Description of an entry, then please add it below.
I'll fix up any changes and resubmit the files as patches against 
hal-spec.xml.in
