ACPI/PMU procfs HAL test program. Version 002.

Hi,

We have 2 types of batteries in ACPI:
1) Control Method Battery
2) Smart-Battery 

Type 1 (CMB) is well supported in linux ACPI.
Type 2 (SMB) is not officially supported in linux ACPI yet, there are some
patches, and some ACER notebooks are reported to work with the patches.

The type 2 batteries (SMB), have some extra attributes we might want to
export, like "temperature" and "cycle count" attributes.
