Mounting CD/DVD doesn't change hal properties

No, optical drives in computer are not older than 2 years and they work
fine with Windows.

After several hours fixing dependency problems in debian I succesfuly
installed new dbus (0.34) and hal (0.5.2). It seems that everything is
working fine now.
