[PATCH][RFC] MMC host class

I'm submitting a patch for the kernel to add a MMC host controller
class. This will allow enumeration of MMC hosts and cards in a reliable
manner (for those who do not use hal ;)).

It might be interesting to get hal to pick up on this new information so
I'm submitting the patch here for comments.

It was originally created to allow gnome-vfs to show an icon for empty
MMC controllers but it proved too messy to make that work.
