detect DVD+R DL write support

Hi,

I added support for detection of DVD+R Dual-Layer write support (new key: 
storage.cdrom.dvdplusrdl). This patch also contains the previous "DVD+R 
DL"-fix.

I'm not sure if DVD+R DL write support alway implied DVD+R and DVD+RW support 
(if so, we can remove some code). I currently think it does but I can't find 
any clear statement about this.
