which application control launch gthumb-import command in Gnome?

Hi Guys,

I'm using FC4 now. I'd like to do something before system launch
gthumb-import to import photos when hotplug in a digital camera. I know
that HAL send message to Dbus, but which application listen to the
message and launch gthumb-import application in normal Gnome Desktop?
It's nautilus or any application else?
