LUKS code and new method interface

Forgot to mention that I've changed the Exception name to 

 org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume.Crypto.SetupError

and also added some code to check for the binary. We want generic names
as I envision that we'll support more than LUKS in the future and we
want the org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume.Crypto to work with this too.
