Feature requests for hal battery backend.

No, I mean unit type. mWh and mAh are different not only as string -
they are different semantically (from the physics POV), the difference
is volts. So units could be divided by types:
- joules, mWh, Wh, bhp*h etc - the ones which represent energy
- mAh, Ah - the ones which represent current*time
- unknown (like units in mice)
Do you see what I mean?
