Hal and KDE

Hi,

 KDE 3.4, released last week, features a new media:/ type URI that can 
optionally use HAL to list devices. This HAL Backend is derived from previous 
work on the KDE Volume Manager.
 It requires HAL 0.4 and dbus 0.23, though the CVS version also works with HAL 
0.5 and dbus 0.31. The code can be found in the KDE CVS repository at 
kdebase/kioslave/media/kdedmodule

 Besides, I attached a patch to the french translation that corrects a typo.
