[patch] addon-usb-csr.c : make screen scroll less by cutting out the blank lines

When running hald verbose, I get the following in the console:

11092: 21:46:27.145: addon-usb-csr.c:223: Is dual: 0

i.e. a blank line in between each dbg function caused by the trailing
"\n" that is present. I've attached a trivial patch which makes the
screen scrolling more manageable.

Please merge if acceptable.
