ACPI inconsistent button state

Hi,

I just add hal-find-by-capability and hal-find-by-property to CVS so it
should be easy to do this now. Here's an example

        [davidz at daxter tools]$ ./hal-find-by-capability --capability button
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/acpi_SLPB
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/acpi_PWRF
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/acpi_LID
        [davidz at daxter tools]$ ./hal-find-by-property --key info.bus --string usb
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/usb_device_0_0_0000_00_1d_0_if0
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/usb_device_0_0_0000_00_1d_1_if0
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/usb_device_0_0_0000_00_1d_2_if0
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/usb_device_0_0_0000_00_1d_7_if0
        [davidz at daxter tools]$ ./hal-find-by-capability --capability storage
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/storage_serial_NP0JT48299J8
        /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/storage_model_HL_DT_STCD_RW/DVD_DRIVE_GCC_4242N
