[PATCH] remove blacklist entry for HL-DT-STCD-RW/DVD-ROM GCC-4240N

Hi,

this patch remove a deprecated blacklist entry for HL-DT-STCD-RW/DVD-ROM 
GCC-4240N from fdi/preprobe/10osvendor/10-ide-drives.fdi. 

I got a bugreport from a user with this device. This work now perfect with 
kernel version 2.6.13 (on SUSE). There are no differences in disk performance 
(hdparm -t /dev/hda) with and without this blacklist entry.
