Not sure if this was answered: Did the user tried a BIOS update or to fix the 
DSDT/use a new DSDT (there is one at [1] which should fix problems with 
battery)?

Was there anything changed in the code or only this new fdi-file? If no code 
changes o.k. for me (btw. I can't test this without the effected machine;) )
