HAL 0.5.4 and KDE 3.4.3 problem with DVD's

Some distro backported the HAL 0.5.x support in KDE 3.4.x...

Yes, I've seen ivman causing some troubles on KDE 3.4 installs (I had a 
bugreport for this). The fix will make it for 3.5.
