[PATCH] fix spec if rebuild from distributed package

Hi,

this is a patch to fixing rebuild the HAL specification from the XML source 
from the distributed package. The problem is the including (old) fdi-files 
wich are in the CVS but not in the package. I updated and renamed the files 
and copied them to doc/conf/ to fix this bug.
