That did the trick, thanks. I can now see a PS/2 Mouse and keyboard on
my laptop, one serial port, and one vesafb device.

Why is vesafb a platform device? Does it belong here?

I'll connect up my desktop machine, and patch that (as it has a "real"
floppy drive) and test it on that too today.

David, have you any concerns about the patches?
