Using the whitelist information in s2ram makes sense, but it makes 
*much* more sense for it to be expressed via fdi files. That way it's 
far easier to provide configuration for extra machines. Whether the code 
for the video reinit comes from s2ram or whether we just use vbetool 
directly is fairly uninteresting.
