HAL and scanners

Or it could be that when saned starts up it add the required entries
into hal, methods and hooks and so forth so you wouldn't need to
jiggle uids and such arround you'd just call a method via hal -> saned
-> backend -> hardware. then saned can work out any notions with the
backend.
