Looks good, I haven't tested it and want to wait a bit before we apply
it.. mostly because it will mess up the SELinux policy (which for some
very annoying reason isn't shipped with hal yet) and I want to include a
newer hal snapshot for Fedora Core 5 before next week. 

If I haven't committed this by Monday please go ahead and ping me.
