Excuse me for asking, but what exactly is the requirement on util-linux
2.13? As far as I can tell, there isn't actually a 2.13 release yet,
only a bunch of -pre releases in the 'testing' directory on kernel.org.
So is this actually a hard requirement for HAL, or should 2.12r be
sufficient for most purposes?
