Early warning: probe-input.c fails to compile on 2.6.16-rc1

Guys,

anyone trying to compile on 2.6.16-rc1 will face the following...

Any ideas to workaround cleanly without ugly #define __KERNEL__ around 
the <linux/input.h> include ?
