Add a simple version of the toshiba acpi addon

Attached is a simple version of the patch to add the addon for toshiba
keyboard support. It's designed to get the power keys working on my
laptop.

When the acpi->input patches get sent to the kernel, and HAL has a hard
dependency on this new kernel version, this addon can probably be
removed. Seeing as this may be months or years away, I think adding the
addon now is a good thing to do as it makes the Fn keys on Toshiba work.

The brightness keys, and sleep and hibernate keys work really well on my
Satellite Pro A10 laptop.
