Upstream don't worry about such old releases, sorry. I'd take it up with 
Red Hat if you have a SLA with them and your system is something they 
support (may require specific kernel versions etc.).

(for the record, as working for Red Hat, I've fixed some HAL 0.4.x bugs 
for a RHEL update release just a few months ago.)
