[PATCH_ES_] New storage methods for partitioning and formatting

If your distro is not provides what you want then decision is yours, you can 
switch to another distro which provides what you want or you can try 
integrate needed tools into yours, and if you want to integrate needed tools, 
this is your _resposibility_ to stabilize these as a _packager_.
