It's worth noting that the default from where to install the docs have
now changed from $datadir/doc/hal-$version to just $datadir/doc/hal e.g.
without the version number. This seems to be an autoconf default so I
guess we need to live with it. Distributions need to pass something like

 --docdir=%{_datadir}/doc/%{name}-%{version}

to configure to avoid unchanged behavior. Just a heads up.
