hald/linux/acpi.[ch] dual-license?

Nope, we're not going to change any existing code at all. We'd like to 
take a copy of acpi.c/h from the hald/linux directory and create a new 
file under hald/solaris directory. It might sound like duplication, but 
the end result is actually quite different.
