I should mention that it does, of course, work with most USB devices
today. So even if /proc/acpi/wakeup isn't replaced, it's still useful,
and the hal acpi-binding could actually provide pseudo-devices with that
API so it's seamless once it is replaced in the kernel (albeit different
devices)
