[PATCH] SSB bus support

Most Broadcom chipsets contain a core attached to a custom Broadcom bus, 
plus glue between that bus and the host bus (PCI in the most common 
case). At the moment this is an implementation detail hidden in the 
drivers, but the plan is to split these out so that they're presented as 
a separate bus hanging off the PCI bus (or whatever).
