[PATCH] set info.category for all laptop_panels

Hi,

this patch sets info.category='laptop_panel' for all laptop panels which 
support Set/GetBrightness. Due to this change 10-laptop-panel-mgmt-policy.fdi 
set now for all laptop panels the interface information correct. Currently 
for example on MacBooks this don't work correct (complete interface info is 
missing on the related device).

With this patch I would like to rename 10-laptop-panel-mgmt-policy.fdi to 
20-laptop-panel-mgmt-policy.fdi to be sure that the rules in this file get 
processed after the laptop panel stuff in the 10-*.fdi files.
