[PATCH 0/2] Add support for X server input hotplug

Hi,
The following two patches, as discussed briefly before, add the
necessary FDI magic so that the X server can use HAL to do its input
hotplug. It uses HAL to hint it at the driver to use, as well as the
XKB layout (which is not in an X11 namespace because it's not
X11-specific: cf. cxkb et al).

I've got support for this in xserver git, so if anyone wants to check it
out, I think all you need to do is add Option "AllowEmptyInput" to the
ServerFlags section of xorg.conf. Maybe it just happens by default
nowadays, even. I've been using it on my laptop (and on our internal
N800 builds) for a while, and it works great.

Cheers,
Daniel
