[PATCH] add soundcard device and fix device_file handling

Okay 0.5.9 is out and 0.5.10 is almost here! Here the patch again to add the 
card device to the device tree (nothing more) if you compile you kernel 
with !CONFIG_SYSFS_DEPRECATED. I added the requested 'device_file == NULL' 
check to the new version.

We have this patch in the SUSE hal package now since March 2007 without any 
problems. We should push this into 0.5.10.
