[PATCH] add new fdi directives

Hi,

and here now a patch with additional directive 'int_outof' which allow to e.g. 
against a list of USB IDs. Very useful for e.g. USB mp3 player matches. I 
attach also as example a patched version of 10-usb-music-players.fdi (from 
78817 to 49860 Bytes).
