Acer 1694 Patch

Hi,

Attached is the patch file for the Acer 1694WMLi - it's basically the 
same patch as the existing one for the Acer 1690.

One caveat - suspend and resume don't work at all on this laptop with 
the latest kernel builds and the latest ATI driver (8.40.4) no matter 
what quirks are used - I have had to revert to kernel 2.6.21-1.3228.fc7 
in order to use both the ATI drivers and suspend/resume.

Hopefully future kernel builds will be fixed in this regard. If there is 
anywhere I should report these difficulties with the latest kernels/ati 
drivers then please let me know.
