keymap quirk patch for HP Pavilion dv2500 laptop

Hi,
Here's my contribution to your project. I believe it is all correct. I'm
about 90% certain the dv2500 part is correct, lshal doesn't seem to work
when haldaemon is not running. However I could not test it out as after
adding the utopia repo to Fedora 7 and updating hal*, haldaemon would not
start. If you have any suggestions for getting Hal going again, or for
removing the utopia packages and reverting to the previous state, please
enlighten me. I'll figure something out there. Anyway I hope that is
helpful.
