kernel 2.6.24 - Doubled number of batteries with ACPI_PROCFS

there is kernel bug about it: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9494

would be nice if you explained what does not work as expected in sysfs so it 
could be fixed in 2.6.24.
