[PATCH] Suspend video quirk for Thinkpad X61t

Hello. I attach a patch to get suspend working on my machine. At first I 
tried

pm-suspend --quirk-s3-bios

It works, but if done in a graphical terminal (I have tried gnome 
terminal and konsole) it results in the "cleaning" of the terminal and 
some newlines. It doesn't happen in tty, though.

Adding the --quirk-s3-mode option solves the problem.

Additionally, in the fdi file there was the model 7767C3U (mine is 
7767B8G). I have only added mine to the matching keys (I suppose it is 
more "secure"), but I wonder if it would be better to simply let it be 7767.
