PC freeze with phenom processor

I have a Asrock card AliveNF77G-HDready working properly with an AMD 64  
Atlhon Dual core. when i replace this processor by an AMD 64 Quadri core 
( Phenom ) after a very short time ( less 1 second ) system freeze after 
launching HALD. I can't get information when a start  hald in debug 
mode  ( gdb) because system freeze after start it.

I use Ubuntu gutsy 7.10 with hald version 0.5.9.1

do you have some idea ?
