[PATCH] add check for libsmbios version >= 0.11.6

Hi,

this patch adds a check to configure to get the correct libsmbios version for 
the addon-dell-backlight addon for linux. 

I could not compile the addon against v0.10.6 of the library and after taking 
a look at the archive of the library source: the needed getSmiDetails() was 
introduced with/after 0.11.x. I added a check for >= 0.11.6 since there is no 
version of the 0.11.x tree under 0.11.6 available.
