It's in 2.6.18-1.2869.fc6 at least. Just upgrading an FC6 box shows it's
also available in the latest FC6 update kernel

 /lib/modules/2.6.19-1.2895.fc6/kernel/drivers/firmware/dcdbas.ko

The thing is.. it's not autoloaded by default.
