Could we change the paramter for SetSchedPowerSavings() and the return value 
of GetSchedPowerSavings() from Integer to Boolean? As far as I can see in the 
kernel code only 0/1 is allowed for the related sysfs files as values, IMO it 
would be easier to use simply boolean, which would reduce invalid calls.
