[patch] Basic Synaptics detection

Hija,

Attached you can find a patch to add Synaptics detection to the Linux
eventX handling code so Synaptics devices get an input.mouse and
input.touchpad capability assigned. info.vendor is set to "Synaptics"
too.

I only tested this on my system. It might be too basic, please point me
into the right direction on how to enhance it.
