hal-info quirk patch for Acer TravelMate 380

Under X11 and the intel driver, --quirk-s3-mode is enough (most times
- though my machine sometimes fails to come out of resume for a reason
I've failed to nail down - either so that the console is stuck and no
other action besides 4-seconds-powerbutton does anything, or that +
blinking caps lock).

However, none of the combinations I've went through will re-enable
console out ot X11 after resume. This isn't much of a priority for me
though, since I practically speaking never need the text console.
