I think a simple "hey HAL, the system has resumed from a suspend"-message to
HAL would be the best way for that. HAL knows what to do in that case anyway.
At least it should.
Otherwise we need to add such workarounds on a daily basis and the
plan to keep pm-utils "simple and straightforward" is doomed.
And people who use pm-utils "by hand" usually do it because they don't
like MCP^WHAL messing around on their systems.
