[PATCH] ConsoleKit without gtk dependencies

The small  tools/linux/ck-get-x11-server-pid.c file uses GDK functions
which in turn pulls in the complete gtk+ stack (plus it's
dependencies).
This is imho unnecessary and probably hinders the adoption of CK in
non-gnome environments (like KDE+kdm).
I rewrote the functionality with plain Xlib.
