IBM (and other) quirks mixed up?

I guess we could sneak in a property on the computer root device object
that somehow reflects the make of the (first?) video card in the
machine. 

Fact of the matter is that the quirks we ship today are wrong and we
need to fix that. Richard, did you get these quirks from s2ram? How
about asking the s2ram people?
