Patch: removing duplicated entries in hal-info

Hi,

as explained in a previous email, I'm sending the various patches we
cooked during Mandriva 2007 Spring regarding hal and hal-info.

First patch attached : it removes duplicated entries in current hal-info
GIT repository.

I think we probably need a way to detect those duplicates when
distchecking hal-info but I'm not sure how to do it correctly.
