And "pm-suspend --quirk-vbe-post --quirk-vbestate-restore" works on the
console (it's what's currently in the fdi file)

Using only vbe post works on both the console and X (I suspended and
resumed twice under X using just this quirk).

Won't resume on the console without vbe post.
