pm-utils: /etc/pm/config.d/unload_modules doesn't work

Is unload_modules executable? i.e. does:

chmod +x /etc/pm/config.d/unload_modules

fix things?

No, it's supposed to work exactly like you mean it to. If it needs the
executable flag, I'll add a note on the website.
